Role: Part Time Receptionist

In-person

$13/hr

The receptionist supports flowmagin day-to-day operations by opening and closing the studio, supporting customer check-in procedures, assisting cultivators with set-up and breakdown, along with other general studio duties. They provide a high-quality customer experience while answering general questions and capturing event content with the flowmagin phone.

The flowmagin receptionist is outgoing, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to be helpful. They are excited to meet and greet flowmagin customers and to be part of building a strong flowmagin community. The flowmagin receptionist also assists with studio cleanliness.

key responsibilities 

In Studio/Administrative Duties

  • Arrives 60 minutes prior to flowmagin offerings/classes

  • Open & Close the studio and oversee front desk operations, including checking customers in, processing payments, and correcting problems with customer accounts

  • Greet and check-in guests when they enter the studio

  • Conduct tours of the studio while establishing a relationship with new and potential customers

  • Supports cultivators with setting up and breaking down the space before and after scheduled offerings. 

  • Captures photo and video content during flowmagin offerings

  • Ensure studio is safe, clean, and tidy

  • Other duties as assigned

  • Comfortable adapting to web-based programs and registers.

  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 

  • Regular evening and weekend availability required

Compensation & Benefits
  • This is a part-time position.

  • Starting at $13.00 per hour with flexibility based on experience.

  • Scheduled shift times may vary from week to week or month to month.

  • Opportunities to advance into other positions within the studio.
